Overview
Since its founding, Leave a Nest has developed mobile science experiment classes. By showing middle and high school students how everyday questions can become curiosity, the program introduces research thinking and opens doors to worlds they have not previously known.
Technology strengths
All Leave a Nest employees are researchers with a masters or doctoral degree. Young researchers close in age to the students serve as instructors and teaching assistants. Leave a Nest has developed Science Bridge Communication, a program for building a bridge between researchers and students, over more than 20 years.
